The Provenance
All our coffee beans are sustainably grown at Hacienda Iluminada in Maricao, Puerto Rico, or sourced from specialty partner farms in Mexico and Colombia. We control the process from the moment the seed is planted until the espresso hits your cup.
The Altitude of Quality
At 3,000 feet, the air is thinner and the soil richer. Our Supremo beans are processed using the honey method, allowing the natural sugars to infuse the bean with notes of chocolate and fruit. This is the freshest coffee in America, roasted in small batches to ensure the profile remains vibrant.
We push the boundaries of flavor through our artisan infusions. By soaking our beans in Puerto Rican Don Q Rum, high-quality Tequila, or Kentucky Whiskey for 48 hours, we create a sensory experience that is entirely non-alcoholic yet deeply evocative of its origins.
